Job Summary
We're seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a key member of our sales and customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to union members. Key Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound calling to engage with union members and provide exceptional customer service
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications
- Completing necessary paperwork and documentation
- Quality control and leadership development
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales and customer service goals

Minimum Qualifications
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- 18+ years of age
- Must pass a background check
- High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
- Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience in sales and customer service
- Proficiency in using software applications and technology
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
