Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Relationship Management Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and Executing CRM Strategies: Own the CRM strategy for all US Local Markets consumer experiments and campaigns, determining channels and send cadence. Create the strategy and framework for rapid testing in CRM channels, ensuring that our campaigns are optimized for maximum impact.
  • Managing End-to-End Campaign Development: Manage the end-to-end development and execution of email, push, and in-app campaigns, from creative briefs to launch. This includes requesting campaign assets, reviewing copy and design, and ensuring that all campaigns meet our high standards.
  • Data Management and Analysis: Pull lists from Snowflake using SQL and upload audiences to marketing platforms. Track initiatives, report progress to the team, and identify next steps from campaign learnings. Analyze campaign performance against current benchmarks, optimize engagement metrics through A/B testing, and investigate performance inconsistencies to ensure campaigns have optimal scale and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Establish strong working relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in Strategy & Operations, Merchant account relationship managers, Analytics, and Product teams. Stay current on marketing best practices in email and push notifications, CRM operations, and best practices within the Cx Retention team, sharing learnings and insights regularly.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Relationship Management Specialist at Arenaflex, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM, with a focus on campaign development and execution

Proven track record of driving engagement and growth through CRM strategies and campaigns

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with SQL, Snowflake, and marketing platforms (e.g., email, push, and in-app campaigns) * Knowledge of CRM best practices, including email and push notifications, and Cx Retention team best practices

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
