Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked sales environment, and contributing to the overall success of our store. Key Responsibilities

* Initiate conversations with customers, discuss their plans, suggest products, and encourage excitement about transactions

• Develop pricing labels and promotional displays, manage stocks, label, and showcase products
• Demonstrate and validate compliance with company safety protocols
• Answer calls and take messages, following company guidelines
• Be available to assist in any department of the store, as needed
• Achieve excellence in a fast-paced environment with precision

Essential Qualifications

* Individuals 18 years or older are eligible to apply

• Basic math competency is a fundamental requirement for success in this role
• Prior experience in customer support is highly desirable
• Ability to multitask efficiently and deliver excellent results in stressful situations
• Specific job positions may require forklift certification, which can be obtained through arenaflex
• State laws permit a drug test to be taken and passed before obtaining certification for heavy equipment operation

Physical/Sensory Requirements

* Physical strength is required to exert force ranging from 30 to 60 pounds occasionally or 20 to 30 pounds frequently to transport or manipulate objects

• Manipulating and feeling objects is often done through the use of hands and fingers
• Repeated activities that demand physical exertion, such as standing, walking, reaching, balancing, or climbing
