Key Responsibilities
As a Support Specialist, Chat, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to all inbound sales leads from current and potential customers, providing timely and accurate information to drive sales growth
- Making outbound contacts to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues, leveraging your sales expertise to close deals
- Meeting or exceeding individual and department KPIs and performance goals, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and sales performance
- Listening and learning about our products to become a subject matter expert, providing informed and accurate responses to customer queries
- Effectively managing changes related to promotional offerings, new products, and systems, ensuring seamless communication with customers
- Handling inbound live chat sessions from customers, responding promptly and professionally to their queries
- Verifying customer account and order information, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Responding to client questions with correct grammar and complete information, providing a positive and engaging customer experience
- Processing online orders, returns, and adjustments, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Tracking deliveries, installation, inventory, and pricing, maintaining accurate records and providing updates to customers
- Managing customer issues, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and resolving complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining positive relationships post-order to gauge satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience, with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience
- Experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, and systems that support the initiatives of the contact center
- High school diploma/GED required, associates/bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Must have experience in helping customers and providing customer service, with a strong focus on building rapport and resolving issues
- Must be adaptable and dependable, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts
- Clear and concise written and oral communicator, with a proven ability to address customer needs through written and oral mediums
- Demonstrates technical savvy and ability to learn and navigate computer systems, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes
- Ability to quickly build and develop open, honest, and friendly rapport with customers, moving through and solving customer challenges with ease
- Bilingual - ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish is a bonus
- Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry is a bonus
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is a bonus
