Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry and Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our customer service and data entry functions. You'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll also be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customers
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
