Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding to and engaging in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Providing thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Identifying and reporting system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operations
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including a minimum number of conversations per hour and ERA (Email Response Accuracy) above 10%
- Operating within multiple software platforms to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
Education & Skills Required
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Knowledge of the automobile industry and makes/models of vehicles
- A high school diploma or GED
- Access to high-speed internet
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including CRM systems and chat/text messaging tools
Work Schedule
As a remote Chat Agent, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Our schedules are designed to accommodate a variety of lifestyles, and we're open to discussing flexible arrangements that meet your needs. Our standard schedules are:
- Schedule 1: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
- Schedule 2: Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF)
