Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Marketing & Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Verifying confidential customer information and qualifying potential customers to ensure a seamless and personalized experience
  • Maintaining and updating customer information accurately and in a timely manner to ensure data integrity and consistency
  • Paying close attention to detail and actively listening to customer concerns to find the best possible solution and exceed customer expectations
  • Meeting consumers directly and interacting in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all times to build trust and rapport
  • Executing events and coordinating with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goals to drive results and achieve success
  • Collaborating with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialists, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our program
  • Staying updated on new products, services, and benefits we can offer potential new members to ensure we're always providing the best possible experience

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteer, or in a related field
  • Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the community
  • Team-oriented with the ability to problem-solve independently
  • Driven to further one's career and make an impact

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role or in a related field
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with event planning and execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
