Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Confidentiality and Data Security: Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive customer information and adhering to arenaflex's data security policies and procedures.
- Data Entry and Management: Inputting customer and account data into digital databases, using touch typing skills and database management tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Data Verification and Correction: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output to ensure accuracy.
- Research and Information Gathering: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, using analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues.
- Data Program Techniques and Procedures: Applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Reporting and Storage: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to ensure data security.
- Document Scanning and Printing: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to support data entry and management tasks.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by updating order statuses and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
To be successful as an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
- Basic Knowledge of Touch Typing System: Familiarity with the touch typing system and ability to type accurately and efficiently.
