Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through a variety of channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our team to resolve complex issues, document all call information, and maintain confidentiality as required. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to client software applications
  • Document all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures
  • Monitor team mailbox emails and document according to procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality as required
  • Adhere to departmental procedures for all emergencies
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* College degree preferred, with at least one year of applicable experience

  • Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level
  • Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Strong commitment to customer service and ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues
  • Ability to work remotely within 50 miles radius of Indianapolis and travel to client site for urgent situations
  • COVID 19 vaccination restrictions are no longer required to enter facilities according to CDC recommendations for any local or state requirements

Preferred Qualifications

* Bilingual in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese

  • Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with clinical trials software applications
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
