Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns when necessary
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
