Key Responsibilities

* Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients and present benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them.

  • Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieve them through dedicated effort and determination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our client base, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with your team to share best practices, provide feedback, and support each other in achieving our goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and company policies to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

* Laptop or computer with camera is required.

  • Possession of, or willingness to obtain an LLQP license.
  • Basic computer literacy is essential.
  • Must reside in North America.
  • Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached as we provide comprehensive training.
  • Outgoing and friendly personality with a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Strong desire to help others and provide valuable advice and services.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to connect with others.
