About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Process Associate to join our team in Karnataka, India. As a Process Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics & operations team through audits and process improvement activities. You will be responsible for auditing operations teams' & system outputs, suggesting and implementing process/system improvements, and identifying emerging process performance trends. Your attention to detail and ability to work at all levels will be essential in achieving process goals and driving operational and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit operations teams' & system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement
  • Suggest and implement process/system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Identify emerging process performance trends and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Audit, track, and maintain quality metrics of assigned processes
  • Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, technology)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work at all levels
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role or industry
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
  • Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Kannada)
