Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for managing and maintaining our database, processing prescriptions, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including demographic information, medical history, and prescription details
- Process prescriptions, including verifying patient information, checking for allergies and interactions, and ensuring accurate medication dispensing
- Enter and update patient data into our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and arenaflex policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists, doctors, and nurses, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process changes to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations, ensuring the security and integrity of patient data
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state(s) where you'll be working
- Experience performing prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Affirmed Immunizer or ability to become an immunizer within 90 days of hire
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, healthcare professionals, and colleagues
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems, including data entry and management
Preferred Qualifications
* At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacist in a retail setting, including prescription filling and checking, records and legal compliance, pharmacy operations, pharmacy software and technology systems, and insurance
- Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Familiarity with arenaflex's systems and processes, including our electronic health record system and pharmacy software
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop colleagues
