Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service through chat, resolving customer inquiries, and documenting customer interactions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service through chat, responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests
  • Utilizing company resources and systems to accurately document customer interactions
  • Meeting or exceeding customer service and performance targets
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or team member
  • Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times
  • Following company policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
