Key Responsibilities:
As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound communications with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring timely follow-up on customer inquiries to enhance their overall experience.
- Providing accurate information regarding various loan products, their terms, and application procedures.
- Assisting clients throughout the loan application journey by explaining the required documentation and subsequent steps.
- Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may encounter with their loan accounts, payments, or transactions.
- Documenting client interactions meticulously in our CRM system for accurate reference and follow-up.
- Collaborating with loan officers and other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex issues as needed.

Required Skills:
