We're seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) team, where you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

As an IT Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing expert technical assistance to our clients and internal teams, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our network and desktop infrastructure. Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network and desktop infrastructure, including hardware and software problems.
  • Conduct site visits to investigate technical issues and perform on-site repairs and upgrades as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical notes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our technical support services and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:

Provide expert technical assistance to clients and internal stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person requests in a timely and professional manner.

Troubleshooting:

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to network and desktop infrastructure, including hardware and software problems.

Site Visits:

Conduct site visits to investigate technical issues and perform on-site repairs and upgrades as needed.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Documentation:

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting procedures, and technical notes.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

2+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field.

Certifications:

A+ certification, CompTIA certification, or equivalent experience.

Skills:

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge:

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Cisco VPN, Citrix, Phantom, Symantec, and other relevant technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Specialized Accreditations:

A+, CompTIA certification, or equivalent experience.

Technical Work Experience:

3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge:

Familiarity with the logistics and transportation industry, with a strong understanding of our business operations and technology infrastructure.

Work Environment:

Location:

Our office is located in the heart of the USA, with easy access to public transportation and amenities.

Work Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

$35-40/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
