We're now seeking a highly skilled Senior Information Examiner to join our team in the Information Examination group, responsible for evaluating supporter adjustments across the Disney Streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+.

Job Summary

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Information Examiner to help us drive continuous supporter measuring for various business key drivers. This role will work closely with our upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change informing, including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered. You'll also assist in identifying supporters impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, working closely with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to guarantee respectability of our supporter adjusts and that clients receive discounts when required.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee admission and record information requirements connected with supporter informing drives (including cost increments, supporter arrangements, and new information being gathered) and episode remediation (ensuring that the right clients receive discounts when required).

• Develop questions based on required business rationale, sometimes legally binding, to determine precise supporters of supporters for informing as well as remediation.
• Communicate business requirements to technical groups, and provide concise summaries of technical progress or potential detours to business partners.
• Develop a solid understanding of supporter adjusts and the technical framework that underlies supporter information.
• Oversee project planning and timetables and manage cross-functional delivery to ensure readiness for significant business events.
• Drive alignment across Information, Business Operations, and Finance through the development of solid communication processes and functional playbooks.
• Collaborate with Data Item and Information Quality Designing to contribute to the design of strong reporting arrangements that minimize data occurrences.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL processing pipeline.

• 2+ years of analytical experience.
• Proven ability to convey technical or analytical ideas to a wide range of audiences.
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages.
• Knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.

* Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems.

• Familiarity with data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
