Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS. You'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service, resolving customer concerns, and providing a positive experience for our clients. If you're a skilled communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction and a keen ability to problem-solve, we'd love for you to join our team!

Key Responsibilities

* Handle a variety of customer interactions through inbound phone calls, emails, chat, and SMS

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve customer concerns and issues in a fair and objective manner
  • Provide excellent writing and communication skills to ensure clear and concise responses
  • Utilize Zendesk or other CRM experience to manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Multitask in multiple browsers and browser tabs while handling customer communications
  • Show empathy and be apologetic when necessary to provide a positive customer experience
  • Work as part of a team and independently to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Follow client policies and guidelines while remaining objective

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with inbound/outbound calls, emails, chat, and SMS messaging support

  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Zendesk or other CRM experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a customer support role for a company with a global presence

  • Knowledge of customer experience services and industry trends
  • Experience with content moderation, trust and safety, community management, and social media services
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (ability to communicate in more than one language)
  • Experience with project management tools and software

Workspace Requirements

* Dedicated laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 or above

  • Willingness to install arenaflex's security software and 2FA app on your mobile device
  • Access to a webcam or smartphone capable of taking pictures
  • Stable broadband internet connection of 25 MBS or greater
  • 8 GB RAM or better
  • Dual monitors highly recommended
