Responsibilities:

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling emergency signals with precision and care
• Notifying and verifying alarm signals in a timely manner
• Dispatching the proper authorities when necessary
• Providing exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients
• Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless call center operations

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in software applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Shifts and Schedules:

We offer a range of shifts to accommodate your lifestyle, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10-hour shifts
• 12-hour shifts
• 8-hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Holidays
• Night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends as needed

Training and Development:

As a Remote Call Center Representative, you'll undergo comprehensive paid training on site in Manasquan, NJ, starting January 2nd, 2024. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn from our experienced team members and develop the skills you need to succeed in this role.

Remote Work Opportunities:
