Key Responsibilities
As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Maintaining positive customer relations by addressing all types of product-related concerns, including taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Working from home requires a high level of computer knowledge, as you'll be navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard while speaking with customers on the phone
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- Collaborating with colleagues to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Essential Qualifications
* 18 years or older
- Reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin
- Ability to work a flexible part-time schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10.0 MBPS and upload speed of 5.0 MBPS
- Wired internet connection with a cable connection (dial-up, Wi-Fi, hotspots, and satellite not allowed)
- Computer that meets the minimum technical requirements (see below)
