Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Chat & Phone Tech Support/Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing basic technical support via phone or chat to our customers
• Delivering an exceptional support experience that exceeds customer expectations
• Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers, including resolving issues and answering questions
• Providing a memorable and delightful experience for our customers, every time

Requirements

• Be flexible to meet the needs of the business
• Have a reliable internet connection with a speed of at least 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up
• Have a working phone line, either a home phone or mobile
• Have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair
• Be able to work in a noise/distraction-free environment

Equipment and Internet Requirements

To ensure you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to succeed in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a 19-inch standalone monitor
• Have a hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)
• Have a working phone line (home phone or mobile)
• Have a dedicated workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair
• Be able to work in a noise/distraction-free environment
