Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for efficiently managing CVS data entry operations in a remote work setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts. You will work closely with our quality management team to progress the execution of QM Work Plan exercises, focusing on quality items and administrations. Your attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality will be essential in meeting our quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Efficiently manage CVS data entry operations in a remote work setting, ensuring accuracy and timely processing during night/day shifts

• Participate in the execution of QM Work Plan exercises, focusing on quality items and administrations
• Conduct on-site clinical and clinical reviews for all lines of business, including AHCCCS, DES, and DCS-CHP
• Conduct post-employment surveys with clinical and initiative staff to audit review results
• Help create remedial activity plans
• Create review tools for all populations
• Track fulfillment of remedial activity plans
• Complete information section on all review tools
• Participate in finishing bury rater reliability and scoring guidelines
• Participate in QM meetings

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, social sciences)

• At least 4 years of experience in healthcare or social services
• Ability to travel to supplier offices up to 80% of the time
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity and confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* RN or LPN clinical record QM evaluating experience or case management experience

• High level of scrutiny and attention to detail
