The arenaflex Customer Solutions (GCS) Mid-Market Sales Team

Our GCS Mid-Market Sales team is a growth engine for clients in arenaflex Customer Solutions. We are dedicated to understanding the business goals of our clients and providing them with advertising solutions that drive business success. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with company owners, make a real difference in their businesses, and help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Account Executive on our Mid-Market Sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders, developing a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing goals, and success metrics.
  • Structuring a clear, long-term joint strategy between arenaflex and clients, and leading a cross-functional team within arenaflex to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
  • Planning and achieving growth goals through the presentation of arenaflex advertising products/solutions that will help clients meet their marketing goals.
  • Developing forward-thinking, data-driven analyses, and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantifying high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Building knowledge of how arenaflex advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing goals.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
  • Experience influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.

  • Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics (e.g., product knowledge across all digital advertising products areas).
  • Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Ability to leverage business acumen to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • Ability to achieve goals to drive growth.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000, with bonus, equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
