Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through phone, email, and other digital channels. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve post-sales issues, expedite orders, and provide effective solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a customer-facing role, including call centers, retail, or hospitality
- Knowledge of customer service software and tools, including CRM systems and helpdesk platforms
- Experience with conflict resolution, negotiation, and de-escalation techniques
- Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM)
