Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that our customer delivery promises are met. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Support, mentor, and motivate your hourly workforce: You'll be responsible for leading, guiding, and inspiring your team to achieve exceptional results. This will involve providing coaching, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop in their roles.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises: You'll be responsible for ensuring that our operations are safe, efficient, and effective. This will involve monitoring and improving processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with all support teams: You'll work closely with our Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources teams to develop plans and strategies to meet business objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach: You'll be required to perform physical tasks as part of your role, including lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects.
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours during shifts: You'll be required to stand and walk for extended periods as part of your role, which may involve working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud: You'll be working in an environment where the noise level can be high, which may involve working in a warehouse or delivery station.

Our fulfillment network is constantly evolving, with new Operations sites launching every year. This provides a unique opportunity for professional growth and development, as you'll be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We hire Area Managers based on location preference and the business' current openings, so you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of locations and roles.

The estimated salary for this role is $20 to $28 per hour, based on qualifications.

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.

• 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or management role: You'll need to have experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
