Your Role at arenaflex As a Remote Customer Care Specialist, you'll be a key member of our global team, working from the comfort of your own home in Charlotte, NC and surrounding areas. You'll be responsible for delivering amazing customer experiences, providing answers to customers' questions, and resolving their issues with a smile. You'll be the difference between their customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. Essential Qualifications

* 6 months or more of customer services experience * Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee * High school diploma or equivalent * Recognize, apply, and explain your product or service knowledge * Computer experience * High-speed internet (> 40mbps)

Preferred Qualifications

* 1 year or more of customer services experience * Bachelor's degree or higher * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of customer service software and technology * Bilingual or multilingual skills
