Job Description: As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be responsible for applying advanced analytical techniques to drive business decisions, analyze client behavior, and identify new opportunities for content development. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply advanced investigation procedures (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, AI) on large-scale, high-layered data to assist with driving business decisions.
• Analyze client behavior (e.g., viewing preferences, viewing patterns) to identify neglected client needs and undiscovered content opportunities.
• Anticipate content engagement to assist with directing procurement decisions.
• Streamline our content release and episode release methodology.
• Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Ideate and develop new metrics and KPIs, measuring content performance for both strategic and key navigation.
• Provide impromptu analysis support to partners to assist with driving the business forward.
• Successfully convey significant outcomes through compelling data storytelling across the organization.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience in R as well as Python.
• Experience in statistical analysis and AI methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc.
• Proven ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems.
• Exceptional data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Passion for media and entertainment.
