Key Responsibilities
As a part-time remote data entry clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Reviewing each open ticket to determine the outcome and coordinating follow-up actions as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and updating them on the status of their requests
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and requests
- Collaborating with the Help Desk team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer (not required but highly desirable)
- Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail
