Responsibilities
As a Remote Automotive Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers: You'll connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns.
- Calmly resolving issues: You'll calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise.
- Escalating interactions: You'll escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
- Responding to requests: You'll respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
- Tracking call-related information: You'll track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Providing feedback: You'll provide feedback on call issues.
- Upselling: You'll upsell if required.
Qualifications
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Ability to work remotely: You'll need to be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment.
- Customer service experience: You'll need at least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Age requirement: You must be over 18 years of age.
- Typing speed: You'll need to be able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- High school graduate or GED: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Comfort with desktop computer systems: You'll need to be comfortable using desktop computer systems.
- Proven communication skills: You'll need to have proven oral and written communication skills.
- Logical problem-solving skills: You'll need to have logical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems: You'll need to be able to navigate Windows operating systems.
- Organization and work prioritization skills: You'll need to have organization and work prioritization skills.
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Internet connection: You'll need a minimum subscribed download rate of 25.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps.
- ISP requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed: You'll need to provide proof of your internet speed.
- Clean and quiet workspace: You'll need to have a clean and quiet workspace.
