Your primary goal will be to provide timely, accurate, and helpful assistance to customers, resolving their queries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. You'll work independently, using your strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex customer issues.

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications) preferred

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions
  • Availability for 10+ hours per week

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends (optional)
