As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be part of a truly multi-channel customer contact service, working in a hybrid model that balances the importance of physical connections with the flexibility of remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Utilize Microsoft Office packages to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
- Develop and maintain a positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering high service standards
- Attend both arenaflex premises at Rochford District Council and Brentwood Borough Council, as well as other locations as required
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* Strong knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages
- Experience of working within a team in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible working approach to attend both arenaflex premises in person, as and when required
- Positive and enthusiastic approach to delivering high service standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a local government or public sector setting
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and software
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
