Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Representative – Chat, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses that meet our clients' expectations
- Providing in-depth information about our products and services, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Scheduling appointments and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review, ensuring that our clients have a clear understanding of customer preferences and concerns
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations
- Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional support
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a quick turnaround time for customer inquiries
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a willingness to learn and grow with our company
Requirements
To join our team, you'll need to:
- Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 10am-6:30pm CST
- Meet the qualifications outlined above
- Be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Possess a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support
