Job Summary
As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Prior Authorization Operations, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data from scanned and/or processed images into our data capture system. You will work closely with our production team to meet expected hourly production volume goals and maintain quality levels above minimums set by management. Key Responsibilities
* Enter data from scanned and/or processed images into the data capture system with high accuracy and efficiency
- Meet expected hourly production volume goals and maintain quality levels above minimums set by management
- Increase speed and difficulty of tasks as expected with training and practice
- Maintain awareness of and actively participate in the Corporate Compliance Program
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation
- Assist with other projects as assigned by management
- Demonstrate excellent attendance and punctuality
- Work comfortably in a production environment
- Possess proficient typing skills (35wpm / 98% accuracy minimum) and basic math skills
- Exhibit excellent organization skills and reliability in task completion and follow-up
Essential Qualifications
* High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent data entry skills and computer knowledge
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
- Proficient typing skills (35wpm / 98% accuracy minimum)
