Life as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers through inbound calls, emails, and chats. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer inquiries in a fast-paced call center environment
  • Personalizing the experience for each caller, ensuring that every interaction is tailored to their unique needs and preferences
  • Answering incoming calls, resolving issues, and providing solutions to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Reporting to an assigned Supervisor, working collaboratively to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Maintaining a structured day, adhering to a set schedule and working efficiently to meet productivity targets
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Compensation and Benefits

At arenaflex, we believe in recognizing and rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication. As a Customer Service Representative, you can expect:

  • A competitive starting rate of $15.00 per hour
  • Automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, ensuring that your compensation grows with your experience and performance
  • A new Pay for Performance incentive program, providing additional rewards for exceptional performance and contributions to the team

System Requirements

To ensure that you can provide a seamless experience for our customers, you'll need to maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

  • A self-provided computer or laptop, running a Microsoft Operating System, not older than 3 years
  • A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications
  • A high-speed internet connection (satellite, broadband, wireless, mobile, or dial-up services are not permitted)
  • A Mac/Apple product, Chromebook, Surface, or notebook are not supported

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid training period, where attendance and participation are required. Your first day will be on a Thursday to complete Tech Set Up. After that, you'll begin orientation and training on Monday for six weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm ET. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.
