Key Responsibilities
As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound communications with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their loan application journey.
- Providing accurate information regarding various loan products, their terms, and application procedures, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial futures.
