Key Responsibilities

As a Loan Servicing Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing inbound communications with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported throughout their loan application journey.
  • Providing accurate information regarding various loan products, their terms, and application procedures, helping clients make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Assisting clients throughout the loan application process by explaining the required documentation and subsequent steps, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
  • Resolving any issues or concerns that clients may encounter with their loan accounts, payments, or transactions, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • Proven customer service experience of 1-2 years, preferably in loan services, banking, or financial sectors, demonstrating a track record of delivering exceptional service.
