Experienced Full Stack Customer Experience Manager – Digital Character Client Experience

The Role
As a Full Stack Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of our Digital Character Client Experience strategy in store environments. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, including item, field, and investigation groups, to develop and execute projects that enhance customer experiences and drive business results. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for improvement, developing and implementing solutions, and measuring the impact of your work.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of customer experience strategies across a defined customer experience space (e.g., store service desks, checkout)
- Analyze existing CX streams at various touchpoints to identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement tests for character capture (e.g., phone numbers)
- Develop and execute plans to upgrade character capture and utilization at exchange points from paper to execution plan
- Foster an execution guide for select experience execution
- Collaborate with item, field, and investigation groups to develop and execute analyses
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with item and surveys to approve and test plans
- Oversee tests in the field and ensure successful execution
- Collaborate with analysis to decipher results and suggest and execute upgrades
- Track progress of the analysis, set up and execute reporting structure, and develop gauges to beat expected challenges
Partner Management
* Maintain relationships with Walmart groups to ensure effective execution
- Capture partner needs, allowing the group to set up important business analysis
- Assemble and execute communication plans to key partners
Requirements
* Four-year college education in Business Administration, Designing, Tasks, or related field
- 7+ years in Tasks jobs, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in retail, store, or Omni climate
- 5+ years executing new drives in a store climate
- Solid and demonstrated ability to impact within partners
- Demonstrated insight in executing effective drives
- Experience with Agile techniques and project management tools
