Experienced Full Stack Data Analyst – Quality Control Standards and Data Insights

Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for utilizing data to create, present, and make proposals for novel thoughts and activities, as well as performing basic analysis to relieve the risk of nonconformance through process enhancements. These enhancements will uphold arenaflex objectives, including keeping up with low costs, modernizing the operation, and improving consistency, thereby giving an upper hand to arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Perform and assist others in the Quality Control group in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data components.

• Help create and convey results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical Clients and Leaders.
• Assist in examining ad-hoc requests arising due to emerging support issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make business decisions while adjusting existing project responsibility.
• Present insights, patterns, and potential proposals by utilizing data visualization tools supporting the applicable marks of the investigation to ease partner understanding.
• Help create and disseminate specific questions to pull and organize data from different sources, laying out the rhythm, and approving the need of the information requirements.
• Recognize irregularities in processes through reviews/audits and convey findings to the Group.
• Assess effectiveness of processes and methods by observing for patterns and errors.
• Ensure that a consistency outlook is at the forefront of every decision.
• May perform other work duties as directed by Group Leader.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively listen, understand, and convey thoughts and ideas to various audiences.
• Ability to review business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Strong ability to identify and summarize key findings, and provide recommendations using logic and reasoning.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools and capacities (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel).

• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with data mining and machine learning techniques.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.
• Experience with data governance and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and capacities (e.g., Alteryx, QuickBase).
