Responsibilities:

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances, ensuring that patients understand their financial obligations and are empowered to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone, demonstrating a proactive and solution-focused approach to customer service.
  • Maintaining performance goals, including metrics related to call volume, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Becoming proficient with processes after completing a structured training program, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures.

  • Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications, with a strong understanding of technology and its applications in customer service.
  • Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency, with a high level of accuracy and speed.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A dedicated work-from-home space, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free environment.
  • The ability to manage time and tasks independently, with a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus, but not required.

Technical Requirements:

To ensure success in this role, you will need:

  • An internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second.
  • No satellite internet, with a reliable and stable connection.
  • The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem with an Ethernet cord, without using Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports.

Pay Range:

The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 per hour, or the state/local minimum wage, if higher.

Application Window:

The application window for this role closes on October 2, 2024.

Shift and Schedule:

The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday, 11am-8pm EST, which is equivalent to 10am-7pm CST, 9am-6pm MST, and 8am-5pm PST.
