Job Summary

As a licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for receiving, reviewing, and processing calls regarding customers' insurance policies. You'll assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll work in a remote setting, providing a distraction-free and quiet work environment, and will be required to have high-speed internet and a reliable computer or tablet.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive and review customer calls regarding their insurance policies

  • Assist customers with their queries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service
  • Process calls in a timely and efficient manner, meeting or exceeding productivity targets
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding their policies
  • Resolve complex situations with limited information, using critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service or a related field
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must reside in Utah to be considered for this role
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment during working and training hours
  • Must have high-speed internet and a reliable computer or tablet
  • Must be comfortable with being on web camera during training and production

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

  • Previous experience in the insurance industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets
