As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer, crafting meaningful connections and encouraging environments where everyone feels welcome, valued, and respected. You'll interact with our domestic and international customers in our lobbies and at gates, supporting them with ticketing, luggage, greeting clients as they start and end their journey, and doing it with a smile. You'll offer a pleasant, professional, assured, and insightful career to help resolve customer travel troubles and make their journey memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

* Interact with customers in a kind and beneficial manner to craft memorable experiences and build customer loyalty and retention

  • Step up and anticipate customer needs while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility, even when we've inconvenienced a customer
  • Work daily with a safety mentality by ensuring we maintain ourselves and each other to the highest standards
  • Navigate challenges through being steady but adaptable, retaining composure and handling issues while not taking customer frustration into view
  • Collaborate with others, assist your colleagues, and support them in achieving success with new processes and technologies

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, as well as carry and handle luggage
  • Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Potential to meet the company attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
