Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities

Qualifications

* At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in customer-facing roles (not required, but preferred)

  • Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work to meet customer needs and deadlines
  • Solid outgoing personality with superior interaction abilities and great work principles
  • Data entry and business skills, with experience using personal computers and having at least a standard functioning degree typing capability
  • Professional and positive attitude, with a high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management and administrative skills, with a keen focus to detail
