A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion
As a Work-from-Home Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various industries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing your problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers

Requirements
* 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
- Excellent communication skills
- Desire to actively engage and listen to customers
- Ability to exhibit empathy and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment, focusing on one call resolution
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and efficiently, and apply those learnings in real-time
Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements
* High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
- Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
- Personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed and at least 8GB RAM
- USB headset with microphone
- Webcam
- Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
