Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or remote support environment.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
  • Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including CRM systems, email clients, and chat platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment.

  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Support Professional (CSP).
