Job Summary
As a Support Specialist, Chat and Sales Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat sessions, responding to inbound sales leads, and making outbound contacts to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues. You will be the face of arenaflex, and your primary goal will be to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to all inbound sales leads from both current and potential customers, providing accurate and timely information about our products and services.
- Make outbound contacts to identify opportunities to increase tire sale revenues, using your sales skills and product knowledge to close deals.
- Meet or exceed individual and department KPIs and performance goals, demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
- Listen and learn about our products to become a subject matter expert, staying up-to-date on new products, promotions, and systems.
- Effectively manage changes related to promotional offerings, new products, and systems, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Handle inbound live chat sessions from customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Verify customer account and order information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Respond to client questions with correct grammar and complete information, demonstrating your excellent communication skills.
- Process online orders, returns, and adjustments, using your technical skills to resolve customer issues.
- Track deliveries, installation, inventory, and pricing, ensuring that customers receive accurate information about their orders.
- Manage customer issues, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships post-order.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, gauging customer feedback and using it to improve our services.
Requirements
* Minimum of 1 year of contact center experience with at least 6 months of chat and sales experience required.
- Experience with inbound and outbound product and service sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate computer programs, chat applications, programs, and systems that support the initiatives of the contact center.
- High school diploma/GED required, associates/bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Must have experience in helping customers and providing customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Must be adaptable and dependable, with a proven ability to follow through on tasks and adhere to flexible work schedules and shifts.
- Clear and concise written and oral communicator with proven ability to address customer needs through written and oral mediums.
- Demonstrates technical savvy and ability to learn and navigate computer programs and systems.
- Ability to quickly build and develop open, honest, and friendly rapport with customers in order to move through and solve customer challenges.
- Bilingual - ability to fluently speak and write in Spanish is a bonus.
- Prior experience in the tire or automotive industry is a bonus.
- Prior experience working in a remote environment is a bonus.
