Job Summary

As a Data Entry Professional on our Electrical Design team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data entry solutions, data analysis, and data visualization to support our electrical design and development efforts. You'll work closely with our team of engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure that our data entry processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement data entry solutions using existing data analysis tools and software

• Drive process improvements across the organization to increase efficiency and productivity
• Create detailed reports and presentations to support electrical design and development efforts
• Coordinate with development and authorizing groups to respond to requests for data and information
• Provide access to project organizers for relevant colleagues
• Collaborate with global Design teams to achieve design of electrical systems
• Foster exceptional projects and assist senior designers/engineers with detailed estimates for special projects
• Coordinate and collaborate with Electrical teams

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in program or project management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC approach

• Experience in MS Access and SQL
• Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement reports
