Key Responsibilities and Job Elements

As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

Supporting, mentoring, and motivating

your hourly workforce to achieve exceptional results

Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises

to ensure seamless operations

Collaborating

with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives

Lifting up to 49 pounds

and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to meet the demands of the role

Standing/walking

for up to 12 hours during shifts, working in environments with varying noise levels, and adapting to variable temperatures and weather conditions

Continuously climbing and descending stairs

(applicable to sites with stairs)
