Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is an ideal opportunity to pivot your customer service expertise into the dynamic healthcare industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, assisting customers with medical insurance questions, and accurately documenting call content in real-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries in a respectful and patient manner.
- Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with empathy and understanding.
- Accurately document call content in real-time, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the team to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to provide informed and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Schedule
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or healthcare setting

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in the healthcare industry or with medical insurance providers
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
- Experience with call center software and technology (e.g., Genesys, Avaya)
