Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Information Examiner to join our Data Examination team, responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our subscriber data across our streaming portfolio, including Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Star+. As a Senior Information Examiner, you will work closely with our upstream informing partners to guarantee precise delivery of membership change notifications, identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and drive business growth through data analysis and insights.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date subscriber data, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered

• Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve subscriber data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with upstream informing partners to ensure precise delivery of membership change notifications, including cost increments, subscriber arrangements, and new data being gathered
• Identify subscribers impacted by episodes requiring important and lawful remediations, and work with occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing to ensure respectability of our subscriber data and deliver discounts when required
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, including occurrence management, Business Operations, and trade designing
• Drive business growth through data analysis and insights, and develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team and across the organization

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of work experience creating in SQL, particularly in an ETL handling pipeline

• 2+ years of logical experience, with a strong understanding of data analysis and problem-solving
• Proven ability to convey technical or logical ideas to a wide range of audiences
• Knowledge of Python/R or other statistical programming languages
• Knowledge of data investigation and data perception tools like Tableau, Looker, Chartio, etc.
• Strong relational skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills

* Experience working with large datasets and data visualization tools

• Knowledge of data warehousing and business intelligence tools
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
