Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling emergency signals and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching proper authorities as needed
- Providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
- Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as this role requires working a variety of shifts
- Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Shifts and Schedules:
We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:
- 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
- 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
- 10 hour shifts
- 12 hour shifts
- 8 hour shifts
- Evening shifts
- Holidays
- Night shifts
- Overnight shifts
- Weekends as needed
