Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll play a pivotal role in providing support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and social media. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • First Point of Contact: You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their queries, resolving their issues, and providing guidance on website-related matters, products, and payments.
  • Query Resolution: You'll guide customers through the process of resolving their queries, referring complex issues to the relevant department, and ensuring timely resolution of complaints.
  • Order Processing: You'll assist customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details.
  • Record Keeping: You'll maintain accurate records of customers' complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • Education: A High School Diploma is mandatory, and a higher education or specialist diploma in customer care service will be a plus point.
  • Language Proficiency: English language proficiency (written and verbal) is a must to apply for this role.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in computer use and basic skills in troubleshooting technical errors are necessary.
  • Location: Online U.S residents are eligible to apply for this role.

Essential Qualifications

While a background in customer care service is not required, we're looking for individuals with the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You'll need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You'll need to be able to analyze complex issues, identify solutions, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer use, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite, is necessary.
  • Time Management: You'll need to be able to manage your time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service, either in-person or remote, is highly desirable.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including Spanish, French, or other languages, is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as customer service or sales certifications, will be considered.
